How do I apply my nails?
Preparation is KEY!
1. Remove any nail polish and trim down your natural nails.
2. Push back your cuticles with the c-stick.
3. Buff your natural nails gently using the nail file.
4. Wipe each nail using the alcohol wipe provided.
5. Select the correct size press-on nail for each finger and set aside in order.
6. Apply with IGL Adhesive Tabs to last for under 24 hours, take them off at night and reuse them again or apply with IGL Liquid Glue for up to 14 day wear time.
Adhesive Tab Application (1 Day Wear & Reusable)
- Apply adhesive tab to artificial nail, press & smooth; peel off film.
- Align artificial nail with cuticle and press down firmly for 10 seconds.
Semi permanent adhesive tab application (3-5 Day Wear)
- Apply adhesive tab to artificial nail, press & smooth; peel off film.
- Add a bit of IGL Liquid Glue inside of the press-on nail on top of the glue tabs.
- Align artificial nail with cuticle and press down firmly and smooth out possible air bubbles for 20 seconds.
Glue Application (Up to 14 Day Wear)
- Apply a layer of liquid glue half way up the inside of the press on nail. (You want the liquid glue to cover your entire nail bed for extended long wear)
- Align artificial nail with cuticle and press down firmly and smooth our possible air bubbles for 20 seconds.
Pro Tips
- Avoid contact with water for the first 30 minutes.
- Apply enough glue to avoid air pockets, secure properly, and extend wear time.
- Immediately wipe off excess glue if over-gluing occurs.
How do I select the right nail size?
Each press-on manicure kit comes complete with 24-28 press-on nails and 12-14 sizes to ensure the perfect fit for each fingernail. To ensure you've selected the right size nail, press the artificial nail down all the way over your natural nail before you apply the glue. If the nail doesn't quite cover your nail bed, select a different size nail.
How do I remove my IGL Nails?
Option 1: Soak nails in warm soapy water for 45 minutes or until nails begin to lift. Carefully lift the sides of the artificial nail with your c-stick and remove it fully. If the nail is still on strong, keep soaking and periodically check for lifting. Repeat this step until they are loose enough. This process will allow you to reuse your nails.
Option 2: Soak your nails in 100% acetone for 15 minute fast removal. However this step does not allow you to reuse your nails.
What do I do if a nail pops off?
If you can, re-file your nail. If you can’t, just add more glue and pop her back on!

Can I shape and customize my nails?
Absolutely! Most nails can be customized. We would suggest avoiding customization of nails with rhinestones at the tip.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are mailed from Long Beach, Ca twice a week. Every Monday and Thursday. If your order is placed before either of those days, it will be mailed off on the corresponding day. Every order receives a tracking number via the email provided.

All orders are shipped by USPS. We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

- Priority/Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Day Transit Time
Return policy

Can I exchange my nails?
YES! We are happy to exchange your new, unused, and unopened nails for a different style valued at the same price. Please note, you would be responsible for return shipping charges. If you’re interested in an exchange, please contact us at heygirl@iglnails.com.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Email us your request at heygirl@iglnails.com. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.
